Continuum Hospice Care provides specialized care to patients with end-stage diseases. Nonsectarian and not-for-profit, we provide comprehensive care for people at the end of life, without regard to race, creed, disease, sexual orientation, or ethnic background. Serving Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx, Continuum Hospice Care was licensed and certified in 1988 and has served over 7,500 patients and their loved ones since its inception.

We are recruiting RN's, LPN's and CNA's to provide full-time and part-time premium quality end-of-life care for:

• Our 12-bed IPU opening at Long Island College Hospital in Brooklyn, New York (opening Summer 2006)
• The Betty and Morton Yarmon Manhattan Hospice Residence (8 beds, opening Fall 2006)
